Policies

 

In-person classes:

 

Registration for in-person classes is open until 48 hours before the first meeting of the class, at which point the class makes if four or more people have signed up and paid their class registration via PayPal. If a class does not make, those who did register for the class will receive an immediate refund via PayPal.  If a class fills before the 48 hour deadline, registration may close early, so don't wait until the last minute to register!  If your plans change before the registration deadline, you may request a refund; class tuition is non-refundable after registration has closed unless there is a waiting list for the class.

 

If you are not able to pay the tuition in full before the registration deadline, contact WildCat about tuition payment options.  Unless there is a waiting list for the class, it is always possible to pay in cash at the first class meeting or in two payments.  For courses cross-listed with Tejas Web, sliding-scale tuition and scholarships are also available.

 

Those who have already completed a given class series may audit future meetings of the same course free, if there is space, in order to make up a class missed, deepen and integrate the work, and/or mentor new students.   You are asked to RSVP at least 24 hours before the class session you would like to attend.

Registration fees for these classes are non-refundable.  Please contact WildCat with any technical difficulties and she will be happy to re-send the course materials.  Those who attend a live course receive access to the online recording of that course free.
